Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for better views and reduced noise from the building works during your stay.

Room
The charm of a former Radisson - our family suite was beautiful, but the terrace door to the pool area at ground level was not lockable due to a defect in the door lock (obvious vandalism). The bathroom may need repair of the towel bar that has been torn out. Pool was ok, some couches were in need of repair. Breakfast indoors proved to be difficult (smell). The question will be how long this standard can be maintained.

Totally recommend for a weekend
Clean beach, comfortable rooms, the staff was helpful in assisting us with local seafood dining options in downtown.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The complex is very beautiful and spacious. The rooms are nice too. Reception truly very friendly (Waseem)
The prices are very high, 1 cappuccino and an espresso about 11 €. The sun beds on the beach are all occupied early in the morning. Breakfast is fine. Many guests dirty the buffet and leave food lying around.

A hidden gem by the beach
The location is fine, with easy access to the beach and marina. The staff was attentive, especially Mr Hatem at reception.
The room was somewhat outdated, and we encountered issues with the air conditioning being overly cold. The dining area was often chaotic during breakfast.

Free shuttle to Aquaba. cosy beach. Good room service
Staff at the breakfast buffet more than unmotivated. If you do not book an all-inclusive, there is not much choice for dinner and you have to go to Aqaba. The sunbeds on the beach are very run-down for this price, often broken and there is not enough. As all hotels in Aqaba find the price-performance ratio is not good. Laundry service extremely expensive (gives in the city services at a fraction of the price)

Extremely helpful staff! Even when we (due to changed flight schedule) had to check out one day prior to the booked (which was non-refundable!) they were so service-minded that they let us leave the day earlier without paying anything for the last night! (Usually not possible when booked through extern booking offices and especially not when bought with special non-refundable price) We were very happy with the service we received during the entire stay of 10 days.
Only minus that one day the heated pool was closed (the other pools can be quite cold in winter) and nobody gave an explanation.

will choose it for sure next trip
I stayed in a Superior Room with nice air conditioning, a minibar, and a tv. The pools are large and clean, but they're not heated. Breakfast had a solid selection. The beach area is fine with powdery white sand and lounge chairs under palm trees. Spa facilities, very relaxing!

nice hotel, very friendly staff. Food is excellent. Unfortunately the largest swimming pool was closed due to maintenance during my stay. Rooms can be cleaner (especially for a 5* hotel)
